Privacy notice
The controller of your personal data is Hayley's World Limited, trading as Sold Out Bakes. Contact us at hello@soldoutbakes.com.
What we collect and why
When you buy, we collect your name, email address and billing address through Stripe. We use them to take your payment, deliver your download and keep the records we need for VAT. Our lawful basis is that we need this to carry out our contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your full card details. We send emails to deliver your order and to help if something goes wrong. We don't sell your data or send you marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 6 years, as required for tax.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete or restrict it where the law allows. Email hello@soldoutbakes.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
