Terms of sale
These terms cover your purchase of the Sold Out Bakes Home Bakery Toolkit. The seller is Hayley's World Limited, trading as Sold Out Bakes. Company number [COMPANY NUMBER]. Registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. VAT number [VAT NUMBER]. Email hello@soldoutbakes.com.
What you're buying
A digital download made up of the Home Bakery Toolkit spreadsheet (for Excel and Google Sheets) and the 11-page Compliance Pack (PDF). It's licensed for personal use in your own business. Please don't share, copy for others or resell the files.
Price
£50 including VAT, paid once. You pay by card or Apple Pay through Stripe, our payment provider.
Delivery
Straight after payment you're taken to your download page, and we email you a link to it. The link works for 12 months from the date you buy.
Your right to cancel
Normally you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because this is digital content supplied straight away, at checkout you give your express consent to get it immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. This is set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If something's faulty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a file doesn't work as described, email us and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you.

The toolkit helps you stay organised and follow official guidance. It isn't legal advice. It follows the rules for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, checked November 2026. In Scotland, check the guidance from Food Standards Scotland too. Your council's food safety team is the place for advice on your own situation.
